Gratitude! What is it good for?
Our general well-being!

Studies now show that the practice of gratitude actually enhances our immune systems. Gratitude keeps us healthy.

Join Liz Massey on the last Tuesday of each month for creative practices to cultivate the attitude of gratitude for health and well-being. In the group, we’ll trade ideas as we study the ten key components of well-being from the Greater Good Science Center at Berkeley University.

You’ll be led in guided meditations to further enhance your understanding of how gratitude affects you. We’ll consider various ways to open up to our full embodied expression of gratitude. Some of those ways are through poetry, collage, living sculptures and other expressive arts tools that are hands-on and simple.

All you need is a curious mind and a willingness to meet others in a nurturing space. Wear comfortable clothes for light movement and indoor walking meditation. You will be guided through simple exercises to awaken your gratitude. People of all ages and abilities are welcome. There is no need to know the practice of Asana yoga.

Let’s get the attitude of gratitude together.

Liz Massey is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher with a background in Counseling and Expressive Arts. Her teaching comes from a heart-centered intention of sharing simple effective practices for longevity and true vitality.
