Dharma Talk with Teijo Munnich

Join Zen teacher Teijo Munnich for a Dharma talk! This session is the first in a two part visit by Teijo to Savannah.

The topic of this year’s talk is “Kuan Yin: Window to Compassion.”

Teijo Munnich is the founder of the Great Tree Zen Temple, near Asheville, NC. She is a Dharma Heir of Dainin Katagiri Roshi, her teacher from 1975 until his death in 1990. Her presence, polished by years of Zen study and practice, has been inspiring students in Savannah for more than a decade.

Preparation: Please bring your own meditation cushion or meditation bench if you have one and prefer your own seat. Blankets and blocks will be provided for those without their own cushion.

Registration Fee: $15

Dana: Participants will have the opportunity to give their offerings in appreciation for Teijo’s teachings. She, like other dharma teachers, is supported by the gifts of her students. Your registration fee will reserve your spot.
