YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT, SO GET CLEAN!
We have the power to heal ourselves by changing the way we eat, move and think. The Clean Program, developed by Alejandro Junger, M.D., provides a platform to rejuvenate your body, clear your mind, and give you energy…..and you’ll probably lose a few pounds in the process.
By eliminating certain types of foods from your diet and practicing yoga, you will detoxify your body, restore, re-balance and heal yourself in just 5 weeks. The FREE Information Session will provide you with a chance to ask some general questions about the Clean Program and sample some of delicious food that you will enjoy while you are “Cleaning.”
This informational session is free and open to the public. Join us to learn about how your food affects every aspect of your life, the program itself, and sign up if it sounds right for you. The book, CLEAN, will be available for purchase at that time along with a 21 day unlimited yoga pass. It is important that you attend the Info session and read the book before starting the program
The Clean program will begin on Wednesday, January 24th. Subsequent meetings will be at 7:30 pm, Wednesdays, January 31st, February 7th and 14th. If you have never done the Clean Program before, we HIGHLY recommend attending. It is a FANTASTIC way to get clear about what you need and get prepared. Some pre-planning will create and environment where you can be as successful as you can be in the design and execution of your Clean Program.
