We have the power to heal ourselves by changing the way we eat, think and move. Clean is not another fad diet or quick fix. This program will help you discover what foods offer you health and vitality and what foods trigger dis-ease.
This 21 day detox program, based on the New York Times bestseller, Clean, includes 21 days of unlimited yoga and weekly support meetings. Support meetings will be led by Stephanie Mobley, one of the 15 people in the world who has trained with the Clean Program as a Certified Clean Wellness Coach.
Why join the group?
Stephanie is a certified Clean Wellness Coach who has participated in all of the previous Clean Programs that have taken place at Savannah Power Yoga. More than 300 people have chosen SPY as their local Clean Home and they have shared that being a part of a group was vital in their commitment to change and to completing the program (even if they were not perfect!).

What do I need to participate?
You must have a copy of Clean by Alejandro Junger.
Access to Facebook is not mandatory, but it has proven to be a wonderful tool. Having a juicer or a blender is a great way to experiment at home, but if you are comfortable with purchasing your juices or smoothies outside of the home they are not mandatory. A Clean Kit is a great way to get your supplements and shake mixes all ready and organized, but you can also just use the book and purchase supplements at local retailers.
You must attend the info session or speak with Stephanie before the first meeting so that you are prepared for the program. You should plan to begin the Elimination Diet before January 24th. If you do not know what the Elimination Diet is, please join us at our information session to learn about how to prepare.
Meetings will be held Wednesday nights from 7:30 – 8:30 pm, January 24th – February 14th.
